At KC Pet Treats, we take pride in providing high-quality pet treats and ensuring they arrive safely to you. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Delivery Information

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

  • A flat rate of £3.99 applies to orders up to £40.

  • Orders over £40 may qualify for free delivery (if applicable – adjust if needed).

  • Delivery times are typically 2–4 working days from dispatch, though delays may occasionally occur.


Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are missing or damaged.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect items ordered

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods that are not faulty

This policy ensures product safety and hygiene for all customers and pets.


Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product (if applicable)

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in us being unable to process your claim.


Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim has been reviewed:

  • We may offer a replacement item where possible, or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.


Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KC Pet Treats cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
