At KC Pet Treats, we aim to dispatch and deliver your pet treats quickly and safely.


1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

This service typically aims to deliver within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Orders up to £40: £3.99 flat rate

  • Orders over £40: Free Shipping

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.


4. Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, KC Pet Treats is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail service disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Industrial action

  • Incorrect address information provided at checkout

5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

KC Pet Treats cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees may apply for redelivery.


6. Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel is lost:

  1. Please allow the full Royal Mail delivery window to pass.

  2. Contact us with your order number.

We will investigate the issue and work with Royal Mail where necessary.


7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged items

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
