These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from KC Pet Treats. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You are authorised to use the chosen payment method

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Products

We specialise in pet treats. All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer

Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and packaging may vary slightly.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • A delivery charge of £3.99 applies to orders up to £40.

  • Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, you will be charged the price shown at the time you place your order.

Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

5. Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Estimated delivery times are 2–4 working days from dispatch. These times are estimates and not guaranteed.

KC Pet Treats is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are:

  • Missing from your order

  • Damaged upon arrival

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence where applicable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect items ordered

  • Opened or used products

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

7. Pet Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our treats are intended as complementary pet food and should be fed responsibly.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure treats are suitable for their pet

  • Supervise pets while consuming treats

  • Consider allergies or dietary restrictions

KC Pet Treats is not liable for adverse reactions where products have been used incorrectly or where pre-existing conditions were present.

If your pet has specific health conditions, please consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KC Pet Treats shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Delays outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding, remains the property of KC Pet Treats and may not be reproduced without written permission.
